Through our name, logo and colour we want to express some of the most important values that we have and believe in, as follows:
“EOS” derives form Greek mythology and represents the goddess of the dawn. Indeed, we want to position ourselves as a source of innovation transmitting reliability, value creation, trust, honesty, responsibility, innovation and integrity.
Our logo represents a pearl. Starting from a close relationship with nature, our logo is indeed inspired by stones which have played a very important role in human history. From little river pebbles to huge stones, such as those of Stonehenge, stones of all sizes and types have been called “the bones of Mother Earth“. Stones have been used as talismans and amulets since history was first recorded and most likely before that. Over the centuries, various cultures have contributed to the legend and lore surrounding gemstones. These rare products of nature have inspired philosophers and mystics to attribute unusual powers to these special minerals.
Among the most precious stones we chose the pearl that is the oldest known gem and, for many centuries, considered the most valuable. Unlike all gems, the pearl is made of organic matter derived from a living creature like oysters. Over time, the pearl has become the symbol of purity and innocence.
The blue colour of the pearl, finally, is idealistic, inspiring higher ideals. From a colour psychology perspective, blue is reliable and responsible. This colour exhibits an inner security and confidence.
