Natalino Mongillo, partner at London-based EOS Investment Management (EOS IM), says it’s valuable to have the ability to diversify in the renewable energy field and to generate a positive environmental impact through energy efficiency implementation.

EOS Investment Management has acquired, through its energy fund Efesto Energy, a portfolio of approximately 40 MW owned by Telmo Group from Bergamo, Italy.
This EUR 140 million transaction places EOS IM’s latest acquisition among the biggest transactions in the last 12 months in Italy in the renewable energy sector. The fund has reached circa EUR 240 million of assets under management.

19/01/2017 – Milano Finanza – Il fondo Efesto Energy, gestito da Eos Investmen, ha siglato un contratto per acquisire il gruppo Telmo di Bergamo, proprietario di un portafoglio di 35 impianti di produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili per un totale di circa 40 Mw, situati in Puglia, Piemonte e Sardegna.
